Altering your application’s event loop

The twian spec (in chapter 3) describes the requirement to alter your application's event loop. In a winforms project this typically involves overriding a form's WndProc. This seems ok, awkward, but ok for a winforms project. But what about a console project? Console project don't have a messageloop like a winforms project. Same holds true for Windows service project, that kind of message loop that the twain spec is asking you to modify don't exist in quite the same way. This posed a problem. I didn't like it.

openTwain provides it's own messageloop. opentwain works in console, winforms and windows service project.
If you are looking thru the twain spec - skip the part of the spec that tells you to override youe event loop.
